The Active Calls page can be reached from the Tools menu. On this page, calls that are recorded, and calls that could be recorded potentially (on demand) are listed. The page updates automatically, showing the new current list. It only shows calls for which the current user has the View listing permission (directly, or indirectly as administrator).
Active calls that are currently recorded can be listened to in the web interface by users who have the "Playback active calls" permission, if the Call monitoring option is enabled in the Recording settings. To start playback, click on the playback icon. Click on the pause icon to stop playback, or click on the play icon of another call to switch playback to that call. By default, playback will output the audio associated with the current time ("now"). Playback is in near real-time with a small delay. To listen to audio of 15 seconds earlier, click on the rewind icon. To go back further in time, click multiple times on the rewind icon. If the call had not started yet at that point, you will hear silence until the call starts. To move forward in time, click on the forward icon.
