This is the manual of the Vidicode Call Recorder Apresa web interface. Call Recorder Apresa is a system for systematically recording VoIP (Voice over IP), T1/E1, Digital TDM, and analog calls.

 

It is recommended to start with defining the user group structure, and then define the user list, in the web interface, or by importing it from an external file.
